Farm designed and created for the breeding and training of horses.
The property consists of about 39 hectares of land.
Going along a little less than 500 meters of dirt road in very good condition we enter the property and along another 500 meters we arrive at the stone cottage: authentic and masterfully renovated in 1998.
The cottage, which measures 220 square meters, is spread over two levels and on the ground floor we find the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Accessing the first floor via an internal staircase, we come across another living room, also with a fireplace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Heating with LPG radiators. The stable of 270 square meters in total consists of seven covered and seven uncovered boxes in addition to the saddlery room and the pharmacy room.
Adjacent to the stable are several fenced areas for walks and horse training.
Throughout the property it is possible to go horseback riding through various paths.
127 sqm barn and 153 sqm shed / garage where the apartment dedicated to the caretaker (two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom) has been created in a part of this.
Of the 39 hectares of land, 23 hectares are arable / pasture and the rest are woods.
